Warranty
Each machine includes a limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering internal components including motors, sensors, wiring and control boards; operating software and system functionality; and the card reader and communication hardware.
Not covered: vandalism, theft, arson or other malicious damage; cosmetic damage or physical abuse; damage from fire, water or natural disasters; and repairs performed by unauthorized technicians.
Warranty repairs include free parts, remote troubleshooting, and shipping.
