A placed machine that stops working stops earning. The Puff Stand Extended Warranty keeps you covered after your first year — remote diagnostics within one business day, replacement parts shipped to you, and a full machine replacement if a covered issue can't be repaired.
Coverage is per machine and tied to its serial number. It must be purchased at the time of sale or within 30 days of delivery.
What's Included
- Remote diagnostics within 1 business day of submitting a claim.
- Replacement parts shipped to you with step-by-step self-installation guides.
What's Not Included
- On-site labor or technician visits
- Cosmetic items and normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, vandalism, power surges or irregularities, water exposure, or operation outside published specifications
- Theft or loss
- Software subscriptions and SIM or data fees
How a Claim Works
- Submit a claim with your machine's serial number and any supporting logs, photos or video. Send to info@puffstand.com
- Our team reviews and diagnoses within 1 business day.
- In-stock parts ship the next business day, with installation instructions included.
Shipping on Claims
Replacement parts — air shipping included within the contiguous US.
Full machine replacement — standard curbside freight included within the contiguous US. Additional services such as liftgate, inside delivery or scheduled delivery appointments are billed at cost.
International — duties, taxes and any freight overages are the customer's responsibility.
Terms & Eligibility
- Coverage begins when the standard 1-year manufacturer warranty expires.
- Must be purchased at the time of sale or within 30 days of delivery.
- Coverage is per machine and tied to a specific serial number.
- Running multiple machines? Add one warranty per unit.
